#EconEdMonth Rap Battle Contest

We asked students and teachers across the country to drop some ECON knowledge on us and tell us why economics is cool for the chance to win some cold, hard cash.

Help us pick our Rap Battle Champion by watching our three semifinalists and casting your vote today! Vote as often as you wish prior to the deadline and spread the word to family and friends. Voting ends on November 26th at 11pm EST.

Our national semifinalists are:

On the West Coast, Ms. Hartig's students freestyle over supply and demand, competition, efficiency, and free markets at Monte Vista High School in California. Vote for "Mr. Economics" here.

Over in the Midwest, students in Ms. Anderson's class spits bars on employment, revenue, trade, and prices at Rock County High School in Nebraska. Cast your vote for "Economics" here.

On the East Coast, Mr. Kovach's student busts rhymes on opportunity cost and making rational choices at Lanier College & Career Academy in Georgia. Vote here for Supply and Demand.

Thank you to the Georgia Council on Economic Education, the Nebraska Council on Economic Education, and the California Council on Economic Education and to our contest sponsors: the Foundation for Economic Education (FEE) and Rockonomix at the University of West Georgia Center for Economic Education.
